Tegan is the Director of Agile Skills and has an extensive knowledge both personally and professionally with the last 18 years of working in both the Education and Disabilities sectors in various roles, Tegan has gained an understanding of the importance of individuality, inclusion and the necessity of there not being a ‘one-size’ fits all approach and uses a person-centred approach.
Tegan has a passion for finding out what everyone’s wants and needs are and prides herself with having an observant eye for the finer details, being an out of box creative thinker when it comes to how participants can maximise plans and bases her foundation on supporting the people she works with to achieve their goals in a meaningful way that empowers them to see their own potential and worth.
Tegan states she is lucky to say that she loves her career choice as a Support Coordinator and she is delighted to be able to work within a framework that encourages growth, diversity and compassion while ensuring that everyone she works with receives an individualised level of support to enable the best outcomes, for them.
When Tegan isn’t working, you will find her camping, putting her feet in the sand at the beach, enjoying good food with friends and family and running around after her family or her dogs – Borris and Duncan.
